As a person who got into home fitness videos over quarantine, these are a few videos by some amazing female fitness instructors that I highly recommend.

* You should always consult your physician or other healthcare provider before changing your diet or starting an exercise program. If at any point you feel pain or discomfort, stop the exercise. I am not a registered fitness instructor and only offer these videos based off my own opinion. *

1. 20 Min Fully Body Workout // No Equipment (Pamela Reif)

This full body workout will target all parts of your body without the need for equipment. Pamela includes a timer in all of her videos so you can keep track of how long you are doing each exercise for. She also uses fun and upbeat music that will motivate you to push towards the finish line and complete the workout.

2. 30 Min Fat Burning HIIT Workout-Burn 450 Calories (Sydney Cummings)

If you are looking to have someone motivate you through your workout, Sydney is your go to girl. In this workout she incorporates various body movements that keep your heart rate up to make for a very rewarding workout. I personally love all of Sydney’s videos because she gives different variations on movements for people from beginners to those who live in the gym. She also works out right alongside of you and makes sure you know she is breathing heavy and challenging herself just as much as you are.

3. 10 Min Ab Workout (Alexis Ren)

This ab workout will challenge your core like crazy. These moves make a great finisher in your long workout or just to get in a quick ab exercise. Don’t be fooled by the 10-minute time frame because you will be working from start to finish. Alexis also uses great music in her videos and a timer, so you can keep track of each and every move.

4. The Best at Home Booty Workout // No Equipment (Heather Robertson)

This video incorporates low intensity moves that are sure to grow your glutes. Heather explains each move and how it should feel so you don’t have to wonder if you are doing it correctly. Most of the moves can be done on a yoga mat or the floor. Her music is mellow, but she makes up for it by keeping you motivated through every move.

5. Full Upper Body Workout (Tone & Sculpt)-15 Min at Home (MadFit)

If you’re looking for a beginner style upper body workout this is for you. MadFit does a great job demonstrating how each move should be executed and does it in the comfort of her own home. Each exercise is 60 seconds, but you will be engaging your whole body at points.
