I know it’s only November, but the holidays are fast approaching. As a complete shopaholic, I thought I’d share some pretty affordable items off my holiday list to spark some ideas for my fellow holiday shopping addicts.

Simple Use Reloadable Film Camera Color Negative 400

Price: $21.90

If you’re someone who loves taking pictures on film and loves the environment, this is the gift for you. Instead of buying disposable film cameras and just throwing them away and wasting plastic, you can purchase a reloadable film camera for about $5 more. The color quality on the 35mm film the camera comes with is gorgeous, and the camera also includes color filters to lay over the lens to create tinted photos. It also only requires one AA battery, so again, pretty good for the environment. Overall, this is a great investment at a pretty low cost.

We’re Not Really Strangers Card Game

Price: $30.00

This question-based game has been all over social media for the past year, and it looks like the perfect game for game night with your close friends. Aimed at creating “meaningful connections,” the game contains cards like, “how are you, really?” and “dig deeper.” The detail on the inside of the box, written, “Inside we’re all the same,” is a thoughtful touch, too, as this game will help you get to know someone like you never expected. For 2-6 players, this is the perfect game to whip out when you and those you love have nothing to do and want to get a little closer, not to mention it’s a great starter for an apartment game collection.

New Moon Beginnings Chakra Spray Collection

Price: $30.00

As someone who’s been described as a hippie many a time, this set is a dream come true. If you’re someone who can’t or doesn’t like using incense, this set is a perfect substitute. Infused with crystals and essential oils and containing no parabens or artificial colors, this chakra balancing set is wonderful to use to cleanse a room or even spray on a yoga mat as an intention setter. It can also help focus your meditations and be used on yourself! This set will leave your space feeling cleansed and smelling spectacular.

Puffy Laptop Sleeve 13” in Unicorn

Price: $28.00

Perfect for a MacBook Air or an iPad Air, this 13” sleeve is one of the prettiest things I’ve seen. The piece of art printed on the sleeve is “The Unicorn in Captivity” painted sometime from 1495 to 1505. The unicorn represents matrimony and love, and there’s no way you won’t fall in love with it the minute you get it. Delicate and elegant, this piece is a great conversation starter, and will definitely motivate you to pull your laptop out more and get that English homework done.

Women Don’t Owe You Pretty Paperback

Price: $15.29

This book is one I’ve heard about all year and am absolutely dying to read. Feminist literature is one of the most important kinds of literature, I believe, a woman can read, and this book seems to be a great introduction. Written for the “Instagram Generation,” this book is all about women’s liberation from every expectation the patriarchy has given them. As the Amazon description says, “Florence Given is here to remind you that you owe men nothing, least of all pretty.”

Ice Roller

Price: $9.99

Everyone needs an ice roller. At an extremely affordable price, this little tool can help minimize the appearance of pores and helps depuff your face, giving it that sculpted, supermodel look. If used at night, it helps your skin absorb facial oils and serums much more easily, saving products. It also addresses redness in the skin and can give an altogether more smooth complexion.

Yoga Mat in Light Lavender

Price: $21.99

Yoga is the perfect activity for 2020. It decreases stress, helps you maintain a healthy metabolism, and helps promote more sleep quality, among many other benefits. This yoga mat is great for beginners and those a bit more advanced alike, with a great amount of thickness for support and an extra-long design for a comfortable Shavasana. It’s nonslip and double-sided, so it should last for years to come.

The Rand Blue Light Glasses in Jet Black Warm Copper/Clear

Price: $29.95

Blue light can be extremely damaging, according to some experts. It’s a topic of great contention in the eye community, but I personally believe you can never be too safe when it comes to your health. These chic glasses have a timeless style, available in two colors, and with virtually clear lenses, providing protection without an annoying yellow tinge to everything in sight. These are the perfect accessory to glamorize coffee shop studying or late night papers. Stylish and good for your health, this is a combination that can’t be beaten.

Hopefully, this under $30 gift list sparked some ideas for your lists. Happy shopping and happy holidays!
