4 Charcuterie Boards to Make With the Girls This Galentines Day

This article is written by a student writer from the Her Campus at Fairfield chapter.

Ladies, Valentine’s Day is almost here, and you know what that means. Galentine’s Day is almost here too! As much as it is important to celebrate the holiday with your S.O., it is also an excuse to get together with your girlfriends and celebrate your friendship and love!  Can’t think of something fun to do with the gals this Galentine’s Day?  Well, you have to try out these cute & unique charcuterie boards!

1.Classic Cheese & Meat

The classic charcuterie board consists of an array of cheeses, meats, and little snacks such as nuts, grapes, crackers, or berries! This savory charcuterie board is perfect to pair with your favorite cocktail or wine.

2.Chocolate Sweet & Salty

Want something more sweet and salty for this Galentine’s Day?  Try out placing some berries, fruit, and pretzels on a board!  Maybe even pair these snacks with some dipping chocolate and toppings.

3.The B-Fast Board

Valentine’s Day is on a Sunday this year, so why not celebrate Galentine’s with Sunday brunch and a breakfast board. Layer some chocolate chip or blueberry pancakes, fruit, and mini waffles to pair with your brunch mimosas!

4.Midnight Movie Board

If you’re spending your Galentine’s Day binging rom-coms with the girls, try putting together an aesthetically pleasing movie night board! Place down all your favorite binge-watching snacks together – bowls of popcorn, chocolate, sour candies, or trail mix!

Galentine’s Day is way more fun not only when you’re snacking on good food with your girlfriends but also when you spend quality time with one another putting together something.  Don’t forget to snap a picture for the Insta story and show everyone the fun boards you put together.  Happy Galentine’s Day, HCXO!
