Jen Affleck Released Old Videos Of Zac After He Posted A TikTok About Their Divorce

The Secret Lives of Mormon Wives may not currently be airing, but that doesn’t mean the drama has stopped. On the evening of Nov. 5, Jen Affleck took to TikTok to share old videos of her estranged husband, Zac Affleck, after news broke that she filed for divorce on Nov. 4. The videos came after Zac shared his own statement about their split on his TikTok account.

On Nov. 5, Zac shared a video captioned with two red hearts, saying in part, “It is true that Jen filed for divorce … and it is true that I found out from a TMZ reporter about the filing. But regardless of that, this is something we’ve been talking about for a long time. Jen came to me about a year ago after Dancing with the Stars and told me she was unhappy and wanted a divorce. I basically begged her to stay. I told her [I’d] work on things, fix things, become however she needed me to be. Ultimately, we just couldn’t make it work.” He also said, “I will continue to support her and be her biggest fan, and I really do believe in her. I think anything with acting, singing, wherever she goes, I really do believe she’s going to be successful.”

It seems Jen didn’t take too kindly to his statement, because the same night, Jen posted an old video from 2022 on her TikTok account, showing her newly postpartum, recording a video to “become an influencer.” Zac can be heard in the background, saying, “[I] hope you’re not making a TikTok looking like that. … Your boobs are literally like … Your t*ts are sagging all over. You don’t want to post that, baby, I can tell you that right now.” Jen captioned the post, “He was never my biggest supporter.”

According to Us Weekly, Zac responded to a fan in the comment section of the video, saying, “This was a video from 2022. Obviously horrible and should have never been said. When I saw the video today, I was absolutely shocked I had said that. I said a lot of horrible and hurtful things, but I have tried my best to learn and grow.”

Jen also posted — and has since deleted — a second video of Zac, showing Jen recording herself doing her skin care in the mirror. In the background, Zac asks Jen why she put a towel on the ground. “It was dirty,” she responds. He then asks, “Well, what am I supposed to shower with? Are there no other towels?” Jen then responds, “I’ve been doing all your laundry for the past… forever. If I got a little bit more help, maybe it’d be nice. Maybe we’d have some towels.”

Jen and Zac share three kids together — Nora, 5; Luca, 3; and Penny, 1 — and Jen is currently pregnant with their fourth child. Only time will tell whether we’ll see the end of Jen and Zac’s relationship pan out on TV. The first season of The Secret Lives of Mormon Wives: Orange County premieres on Hulu on Nov. 12.
