Halloween is next week, and if you’re still looking for an easy but relevant costume, here are seven pop-culture Halloween costumes with pieces you probably already have in your closet!

Zendaya’s Athena

All you need for this costume is a white bed sheet! With the popularity of “The Odyssey” this summer, Athena could be a really fun and easy costume. You could dress it up with some gold jewelry and sandals.

Decoy Dan or Decoy Del

Decoy Del (Phoebe Bridgers) or Decoy Dan (Skyler Gisondo) from A24’s “Primetime” could be the perfect 2026 Halloween Costume! For Decoy Dan, wear a tie-dye shirt and khaki shorts, and for Decoy Del, wear a band tee, sweatpants and blue hair!

Bad Bunny

After the Benito Bowl this year, a Bad Bunny costume could be super fun. Just wear white, carry a football, and add a microphone if you have it. Bonus points if you have a group to be the grass!

Elizabeth Holmes

With the release of “You Can See Everything” this month, Elizabeth Holmes will be very recognizable and timely! Grab a black turtleneck and red lip and you are set. You could even make this a couple’s costume and have someone be Nathan Fielder with some headphones and a grey wig!

Punch the monkey

The world was touched by Punch this year, so I think this would be a really fun costume. Wear brown, make some monkey ears and carry a stuffed orangutan!

Marty Supreme

For Marty Supreme, all you need are some wire glasses, a mustache and a ping-pong paddle! I feel like this would be super recognizable with very low effort.

Traitor

With “Traitors” being a major hit these last few years, I think this could be a really fun single or group costume. You need some kind of black hood or coat and carry a lantern or envelope. You could even go above and beyond and dress like Lisa Rinna, Rob Rausch or Donna Kelce under the cloak.
