I have to say, Olivia Rodrigo’s “expectations” music video featuring Chappell Roan exceeded my expectations, especially when it comes to the looks in the video. From retro, campy 1980s punk-rock checkered dress to early 2010s formal puffy prom dresses, these outfits embrace high-glam excess.
