My London Food Guide

This summer I had the amazing opportunity to intern abroad. I was able to explore the large city visiting all the cool streets, hip pubs, and unique restaurants. The food scene in London is truly phenomenal and I believe that I went to amazing restaurants that should be shared to everyone to get the experience I got. Here are some of my favorite spots I got to eat at and why!

First off is La Café Nac captures the perfect ambiance for a girls lunch. The quaint looking restaurant located in Belgravia is an amazing option to get the creamiest pasta paired with crispy tater tots. As an American I was surprised to even see tater tots on the menu but thought I had to try them and they were one of the best things my friends and I had at that restaurant. The outdoor seating is phenomenal when on the rare occasion it isn’t raining but inside is decorated so elegantly it is the perfect spot to take cute pictures with friends.

A famous spot that may ring a bell is Honest Greens. Honest Greens has multiple locations but the one that I checked out is located in Soho on a small street. It is best known for its delicious healthy eating and I am here to attest to how good it actually is. The hype is definitely real, and the food is addictingly good. My favorite menu item was their Latin Lover garden bowl that has the best flavors mixed together. It’s a perfect spot to get work done since the interior has warm lighting with some natural elements to it.

Lastly, I could not stop talking about this place to all my friends, and this specific recommendation is for my caesar salad lovers out there; you must go and try CZER. Truly a unique experience as it is located in a small bodega in Mayfair that will have a bit of a wait to it but it is so worth the wait. You can customize your caesar salad wrap with various options like putting chips in it. It’s a big portion, so go when super hungry or be prepared to save the rest for later. I have never had a better caesar salad wrap but they make the most simple thing so insanely delicious.

I hope one of these food recommendations sounded good, as when I think back on these places, I think about the special time I got to spend in London. Happy eating!
