Ultimate Fall Drink Guide: What’s Actually Worth Ordering?

As soon as I see the first leaf fall come the end of August, I immediately want to throw on a big knitted sweater, light a good fall candle, and watch Gilmore Girls with a fun seasonal drink

But with so many new drinks coming in and out with each season, it can be difficult to figure out which one is the right drink for you. So, I am going to be sharing some of my personal favorite fall drinks that you might enjoy too.

1. Starbucks Pumpkin Spice Latte

Starting strong with a classic everyone loves, we have the PSL. The PSL is basic, but it’s good every time. You know what it tastes like: it’s sweet, creamy, and it is the ultimate cozy drink, whether you like it hot or even iced if you aren’t quite ready to give up your summer coffee go-to just yet.

2. Starbucks Iced Pumpkin Cream Chai

If you’re like me and love chai, this one’s for you. The combination of spiced chai with the pumpkin cold foam makes it sweet, creamy, and super cozy without being a traditional coffee drink. However, if you’re looking for a little pick-me-up, I personally like to add a couple of shots of espresso to get me through my day!

It’s basically the perfect go-to on a cooler fall morning before class!

3. Starbucks Iced Pumpkin Cream Matcha

Now I know, matcha and pumpkin may sound like an unusual combination, but trust me on this; it somehow works. This is the perfect alternative to a typical coffee if that’s not really your thing! And the matcha pairs well with the pumpkin cream cold foam, giving an earthier taste while still tasting like the best months of the year.

4. Starbucks Iced Chaider

This is the perfect fall drink for you if you love a cold cup of apple cider, and it pairs all too well with the chai!

I hope you all caught the Taylor Swift reference there!

5. Dunkin’s Pumpkin Spice Signature Latte

Dunkin never misses with this latte, and whether you like your drinks hot or iced, this is the way to go if you’re a pumpkin lover. It tastes like a dessert while still giving you that coffee fix you’ll need before going into your exams this season.

6. Dunkin’s Tiramisu Cloud Latte

This latte is another good one from Dunkin if you aren’t a pumpkin person or just want to give something new a try! It has a richer dessert-like flavor to it, and it’s a fun switch-up from the typical pumpkin overload that takes over just about every coffee shop come fall!

My favorite thing about fall is the variety. Not only are there so many colors all throughout nature during this time of year, but there is a variety of different drinks and combinations to try too, even if you aren’t a traditional pumpkin lover!

Personally, my fall order rotation isn’t complete without a drink for every type of mood I might be in and especially one I haven’t tried before, because let’s be honest, half the fun with a new season comes from having an excuse to try a new drink! I hope this guide helps you or a friend out this fall season!
