Move over, summer: It’s time to start thinking about fall. If you’re anything like me, you’re getting excited to start planning your Halloween costumes and plotting on who you’re dressing up as this year. But, also, you’re thinking about what Halloween candy you can get yourself for the best night of the year. Obviously we all have our favorites, but whenever they get an upgrade, I usually cave. You gotta try it at least once, right? 

With so much new Halloween candy on the market, it might be hard to decide what you want to spend your hard-earned cash on. Well, if you’re chronically online, TikTok seems to be the place to get the insider scoop on what candy is gonna be the best for that year. According to the new Mars 2026 Tricks, Treats, and Trends Report, 53% are using the platform to discover new Halloween trends or Halloween candy, followed by 49% of respondents using YouTube, and 48% using Instagram. When it comes to actually buying Halloween candy, though, according to Mars, many (43%) end up deciding to get their fix for the year at large retailers like Target and Walmart, or some form of a grocery store (41%). It’s great to see that most people are still interested in buying their sweet treats in person!

Twix is my favorite chocolate, and I cannot wait to have some in my house again during Halloween season… or right now. I love the caramel coating, the biscuit inside, and of course, the chocolate. This is the same Twix recipe you know and love, but the bar itself is in the shape of a skull, so it’ll look extra cute in your Halloween candy bowl.

SNICKERS Fun Size Pumpkins
