Amelia-Rose, a name you have always struggled to figure out, a complex yet unique character that you aren’t sure you quite yet understand. Amelia-Rose, I am here to tell you that everything is okay. You may not have chosen to pursue a career as a fashion designer, but the arts are alive and well in your heart.

Amelia-Rose, you have learned that a friend who doesn’t invest their time in you doesn’t appreciate you and is not a friend worth keeping. You have learned that true love will come unapologetically because that person cares about you more than themselves and will go above and beyond to be there for you whenever you need them.

You have learned that patience is a virtue and that life may have a clock, but that doesn’t mean you have to live your life according to it. Amelia, time is the one thing stopping you from living, from existing within a space that yearns for your engagement. And fear sets you back from controlling the reality that you so desperately want to remind yourself of your existence in it.

Spontaneity is part of the fun; it isn’t a means to destroy or disrupt your life. It means engaging you and reminding you of how fun life is supposed to be. Live in the moment and seize an opportunity, even if it doesn’t go your way; it doesn’t always have to be. Don’t be afraid of what may happen; if you always fear the consequences, you will never experience what joy there may be.

More importantly, love yourself; this is the only body and chance that you will get. Life is too short to live like a bird in a cage, the way you once were. Set yourself free and soar, for you have finally spread your wings and reached the new heights that lie before you. Continue to climb higher, for this is only the beginning and there are even further heights that lie ahead. Don’t give up hope.
