As summer approaches, here are three unreleased movies I can’t wait to watch this year!
Spider-Man: Brand New Day
As an adult, Peter Parker is forced to navigate a life where everyone, even his closest family and friends, has forgotten who he is. This picks up after Spider-Man: No Way Home, after Doctor Strange erases him from the minds of everyone. As Spider-Man, he faces new villainous threats, all while feeling isolated from his old friends, Ned and M.J, and still grappling with the death of his Aunt May.
If you know me, you know Spider-Man is my all-time favorite superhero and how I can never shut up about him. This movie comes out around my birthday, so I’m really excited to see it!
Supergirl
Kara Zor-El, aka Supergirl, travels through space to find Krem of the Yellow Hills and avenge everyone he has caused harm to. With the help of a young girl named Ruth, they must figure out a way to save her dog Krypto from dying. I watched Superman last year, so I have high hopes for this movie (mostly for Krypto)!
Avengers Doomsday
The universe is facing an existential crisis led by Doctor Doom, who is manipulating multiple realities. It is up to heroes such as Thor, Black Panther, Steve Rogers, the X-Men, and the Fantastic Four to stop him. I have a feeling this will be as hype as when Avengers: Infinity War came out. I’m especially looking forward to seeing the X-Men return, even though Storm won’t be in the movie, sadly. Also, Robert Downey Jr. returning as Doctor Doom? Let’s just say, I am very excited!
