As the warm days arrive, you may be looking for ways to get outside and be more active. The BeltLine is the perfect destination. Located in Midtown Atlanta, this center is the complete experience. Trails, Parks, Shopping, Dining, and Arts are just a few of the things The BeltLine offers. If this interests you, stay tuned!

Ponce City Market

On the Eastside Trail, you’ll stumble across Ponce City Market. Think of shopping, food, and activities all in one! Ponce City Market has retail stores such as Sephora, Lululemon, Anthropologie, and J.Crew. But they also support local vendors. This makes Ponce City Market different from your normal shopping center, and adds to that community feel. You will also find a food hall at this location. Inside, you’ll find various foods for all cravings. Tacos, pizza, sushi, pancakes, and pho are just a few of the possibilities. If you’re looking for something more interactive, such as a gym or yoga class, Ponce City Market has that too! For more information about the directory, visit https://poncecitymarket.com/directory/.

Shirley Clarke Franklin Park

Over on the Westside Trail, you’ll find Atlanta’s largest green space. Shirley Clarke Franklin Park is most famous for its reservoir, which creates a beautiful scenery. Atlanta’s skyline over the water is always nice to look at. On top of that, there’s a ton of playground area, exercise equipment, and pavilions. If you aren’t intrigued already, soon mountain bike trails, jump lines, and a hiking trail will be added to the amenities. Visit https://beltline.org/parks-trails/shirley-clarke-franklin-park/ for more information.

Guac y Margys

If you’re tired from all that walking and need an adult setting to lounge and socialize, Guac Y Margys is a great choice! On the Eastside Trail, Guac Y Margys is the perfect spot for a wide variety of margaritas and tasty tacos. A fan favorite is the “So Fresh N So Clean Clean” margarita. Named after the popular OutKast lyrics, this drink includes tequila, fresh lime, and agave. Others also enjoy the chips and queso. Regardless of what you order, good food and drinks combined with accessible outdoor seating are guaranteed! To view the menu, visit http://www.guacymargys.com/.

No matter which part of the Beltline you visit, there’s something for everyone to enjoy. Younger kids and dogs will enjoy the park, and the older crowd can enjoy shopping and dining. With all of these options, the BeltLine is the perfect place for a first date, quality time with the family, or a meetup with friends. Creating an outing that everyone will enjoy. See you on The BeltLine soon!
