The holidays are coming up, and regardless of whether you’re getting excited to go to a bunch of parties or planning on staying in all winter break long, one thing that is essential for any holiday-related occasion, in my opinion, is a holiday-themed treat (or, better yet, a bunch of holiday-themed treats!).
With Hanukkah 2025 taking place from Dec. 14 to Dec. 22, Christmas coming shortly after on Dec. 25, and then New Year’s Eve just a week after that, there’s no shortage of reasons to celebrate. But if you’re still recovering from finals or running around trying to finish the last of your holiday shopping, you might not have a lot of extra space in your brain for coming up with a festive recipe. Luckily, there are plenty of simple treat and beverage options available on TikTok that work for a variety of holidays (and the small budget you may have to spend on ingredients). Here are a handful of holiday treat recipes you can use this time of year — everyone say, “Thank you, TikTok!”
This chocolate Star of David pretzel recipe is easy to make, with only three ingredients: pretzel sticks, white chocolate, and blue and white sprinkles. This recipe is also good for those with dietary restrictions as it is listed as vegan and gluten-free.
Holiday oreo truffles🎄🍪 RECIPE BELOW⬇️ the most perfect, tasty and no bake holiday treat! YOU WILL NEED: •32 Oreos (13.29 oz package) •1 block of cream cheese at room temp •1 1/4 cup white chocolate chips •1 tbsp neutral oil •holiday sprinkles Place the Oreos into a sealed bag and crush them into fine crumbs. A rolling pin or meat pounder tool works well for this; alternatively, you can use a food processor. Add the crushed Oreos and cream cheese into a bowl and mix with a hand mixer until thoroughly combined. Spoon out the Oreo truffle mixture and roll into 1 inch balls until all the mixture is used up. Place the truffles on a baking sheet or tray with parchment paper, then put in the freezer for 15-20 min to get them firmer. Melt the white chocolate per bag instructions with the oil. Dip the Oreo balls one at a time in the white chocolate mixture until fully coated then place back onto the baking sheet with parchment paper. Add the holiday sprinkles after coating every few truffles or so to ensure the sprinkles stick before the white chocolate hardens. Place them back in the freezer for 10 min or fridge for 30 min before serving. Keep stored in sealed container in the fridge for up to 4 days or put in the freezer. Enjoy✨ #holidayseason#holidaytreats#oreotruffles#christmastok#holidayrecipes

I promise I’m not a bitch😜 just begging you to fry up some donuts this year. Quick and easy donut holes 🍩 The next best thing after sufganiyot. I know that making sufganiyot from scratch is not for everyone, this is !!!! Too good to be true. No need to knead any dough or wait hours for it to rise. No separating into little balls, nothing !!! Just mix the ingredients and fry. Helpful tips when frying donuts 👌 Please please please get a thermometer 🙏 I have one in my amazon storefront and my mini scooper is there too. This is very helpful to control the temperature of the oil. When the oil is too hot, you burn outside of the donut but the inside is still raw. When your oil is too cold, your donuts will soak lots of oil making them oily and heavy. Don’t rush to take the donuts out of the oil, let them cook !! Prep time: 10 minutes Cooking time: 10 minutes Yields about 30 donut holes Ingredients: •1 cup plus 1/4 (200 grams) of self rising flour (if using regular flour, add 1 tsp. of baking powder) •1 whole large egg •1/3 cup of granulated sugar (90 grams) •1 full cup of yogurt (i used Greek yogurt) •pinch of salt •zest from 1/2 a lemon You’ll need plenty of avocado, canola, vegetable, or grape seed oil for frying. Cinnamon sugar for dusting and your favorite dips Parve version, use non dairy yogurt 👍 Cooking Instructions: 1. Heat oil to 365°F. 2. In no particular order, place all your ingredients into a bowl and mix. Your dough shouldn’t be runny nor too thick. 3. Use a mini scooper for uniform donuts; coat it with oil for smooth release. 4. Spoon into oil or use the scooper for better results, repeating as needed. 5. Rotate the donuts around as they’re frying 6. Remove to a wire rack. 7. Toss in cinnamon sugar. 8. Enjoy the delicious donuts with your favorite dips! Happy frying days 🥰 #sivanskitchen#explorepage#fyp#hanukkah#donuts
Oil is a crucial part of the miracle of Hanukkah, and as such, oil is used in a lot of traditional Hanukkah dishes, like latkes (potato pancakes) and sufganiyot (jelly donuts). This donut hole recipe is no exception!

Speaking of sweet snowman desserts, here’s another adorable option! You just need three mini powdered donuts for the body, one M&M for the nose, two mini chocolate chips for the eyes, a mini Reese’s cup for the hat, and a Twizzler for the iconic red scarf.
For this recipe, you just need a pretzel stick, a marshmallow, melted white chocolate chips, and a Hershey’s kiss. You can use the melted white chocolate chips or frosting to write on Hebrew letters for that extra touch to make it look like a real dreidel.
