The Best Snacks At Trader Joe’s

If you’ve ever wandered the aisles of Trader Joe’s, you know it’s more than just a grocery store.

The store has the most unique and delicious snacks to offer, but only if you have the patience and heart to look for them. Lucky for you, this article will provide you with a guide of snacks from sweet to savory, so you know what you should pick up at your next visit to Trader Joe’s.

Starting strong, if you have a sweet tooth, you should pick up the milk chocolate-covered gummy bears. When you first bite into the gummy bear, the outer coating of the chocolate melts in your mouth. Then, you reach the gummy, where its chewy texture contradicts the milk chocolate on the outside. The fruity taste of the gummy bear contrasts with the rich sweetness of the chocolate, creating an interesting but weirdly addictive feeling for your taste buds. It is so hard to stop snacking on these candies!

If you are looking for a sweet snack on the fruitier side, I highly suggest you check out the freeze-dried mango. The mango is crispy and light, similar to the texture of chips, but mango-flavored. The thick cut of the wedges lets the mangos dissolve in your mouth, making it so fun to snack on.

If you are like me and crave something savory after sweet, I urge you to try the organic white truffle potato chips. The base flavor of these chips is just like your regular potato chips. But then you taste the truffle, where its bold and woodsy intensity adds an extra twist to make it more than just a regular chip.

If you are looking for something that isn’t chips, make sure you look out for the organic roasted teriyaki seaweed snack. This snack consists of regular roasted seaweed as the base, with a sweet teriyaki powder on top, giving a new twist to the flavor as the sweet clashes with the salty.

Make sure you don’t miss out on Trader Joe’s seasonal snacks, as they are limited but worth the wait every year!

For fall, my favorite is the pumpkin brioche twist. The flavors in the brioche, like cinnamon, nutmeg, and clove, all complement the pumpkin’s natural flavor. The airy nature of the bread makes you want to tear off piece after piece, making it the perfect snack on a cozy fall day.

Trader Joe’s snacks have always used creativity to elevate regular snacks. And this is what keeps customers in a chokehold, as well as those insanely low prices.

Make your Trader Joe’s run soon to grab their seasonal holiday snacks!
