Seven Brew, it seems, is rapidly gaining popularity across the nation. For months, though, I couldn’t try it and see what the hype was about, because there wasn’t one near me. However, early this spring, one finally opened about thirty minutes from me. I finally tried it this summer, and here’s what I thought.
The first time I went, I got a lemonade with blue raspberry and cherry flavoring. As you’re aware if you read my articles, I try to avoid caffeine most of the time, and I fully approve of their caffeine-free options. Their lemonade is solid, nothing too amazing but good nonetheless, and they’ve also got options for sparkling water, shakes, and smoothies. Very decaf-friendly.
The next time I went, I tried the “fizz,” or sparkling water, with strawberry and kiwi. This was amazing; less tart than the last drink I tried, but not too sweet. The plain sparkling water cuts the flavor of the syrup very well, and makes it feel like an Italian Soda.
The third and most recent time I went, I got another fizz, this time with sugar free blue raspberry. And honestly, their sugar free flavors are pretty good! Not gross like some sugar-free options, and minimal aftertaste. It was a very solid sugar-free drink, and one I would gladly get again.
I can’t wait until I go home again and get the chance to finally try their coffee and energy drink options. We’ll just have to wait and see when I’m feeling well enough to have more caffeine than just a can of soda’s worth.
Overall, Seven Brew is very worth the hype, and I’d love to see them expand even further.
