If money, responsibilities, and safety weren’t a problem, I’d spend my days traveling all over the world and learning about new cultures. I am a travel bug who loves spending weekends on road trips and flying abroad with my friends when we get the chance. Below you will see some of my top places I want to visit and the experiences I hope to have there.Â
Singapore
Singapore is a very advanced country with beautiful skylines and known for its cleanliness and safety. This island nation, because it is surrounded by water, has iconic landmarks I hope to visit like Gardens by the Bay, Singapore Botanic Garden, Marina Bay Sands, and many more. Singapore definitely holds a firm top spot on my travel bucket list.Â
NetherlandsÂ
I think everyone always has a city or country on their list where you have no particular reason as to why you want to visit it and the Netherlands is mine. I believe it might be the cute little townhomes I would see online. It could also be the warm, friendly neighborhood vibe that Amsterdam just gives off.Â
JapanÂ
Sushi! Sushi! Sushi! I can’t wait for the day I get to have authentic sushi in Tokyo. Japan is filled with culture, a bustling city life, and delicious food. Also on the list are the beautiful gardens and impressive palaces. They even let you do real life Mario karting in the streets which is definitely at the top of my to-do list for Japan.Â
CanadaÂ
In particular, I have heard incredible things about the Vancouver landscape and nice people. I have never been snowboarding or skiing before, but I hope to get to do that in Canada one day. I don’t do that great in the cold, but maybe Canada will make it not feel so bad.Â
South KoreaÂ
To be honest, it’s the k-dramas and k-pop that make me want to visit Seoul. Wouldn’t it be amazing if I get to see a celebrity on the streets? Middle school me would just be so excited to be in South Korea and get to experience everything she had heard about like the Han River and N Seoul Tower.
