No matter how glammed up I get before going out, I never feel completely ready without any perfume on. One thing to remember is that not every scent is the same and some might be better depending on the occasion.

It’s always important to have many options so you never feel unprepared. I have made a list of some perfumes of all varieties for all occasions.
- My way – Giorgio armani

This by far is my favorite perfume. Out of all of the ones I own, I have gotten the most compliments from My Way.
I would describe it as more of a mature but feminine scent. It would be perfect for a night out on the town with your friends.
1 ounce of My Way goes for $95 at Sephora. However, you can purchase a smaller vile of 0.34 ounces for an affordable $36.
- Paradoxe – prada

I first discovered Paradoxé through one of my clubs that was doing a campaign. I received a small tester bottle and immediately knew I had to get more.
Like My Way, it is also a very feminine and mature scent. Sephora describes it as a floral scent with key notes of neroli bud, white amber and white musk.
At Sephora, a 1 ounce bottle costs $100 before tax. If you’re looking for a cheaper option, you can also take a look at the 0.33 ounce vile for $36.
- cashmere vanilla – frenshe

For all of my vanilla girls, this is definietly the way to go. I personally am not so taken by vanilla fragrances but I absolutely love this scent.
This line is also way easier to find, as it is sold at all of your local Target chains. If you are worried about price, the five ounce Cashmere Vanilla scent by Frenshe is only $14.99 before tax which makes it one of the most affordable options on this list.
Target describes this fragrance with notes of cozy vanilla, toasted jasmine rice, warm amber and creamy musk.
I absolutely love using this perfume right out of the shower as a finishing touch to feel fresh.
- I Love Juicy Couture – juicy couture

One of my favorite things about this perfume is that you can find it sold in just about almost everywhere. You can find this fragrance at Walmart, Amazon, Juicy Couture and Ulta Beauty.
You can find the 3.4 ounce version of this perfume at Ulta for $96 before tax. Ulta describes this scent with key notes of taffy apple, tiger lily and patchouli.
This scent is good for any time of the day, whether that’s going out to dinner with some friends, or on your way to class.
Either way, you can’t go wrong with Juicy Couture.
- bombshell passion – victoria’s secret

The Bombshell Passion has to be one of my most loved perfumes. I currently own the roll-on version of this perfume and have had it for almost five years now.
This perfume has a long-lasting wear and is conveniently small enough to fit in most purses. According to Victoria’s Secret’s website, the 0.23 ounce costs $19.95 before tax.
This perfume has notes of sparkling cassis, queen peony and fuchsia rose. Similar to the Vanilla Cashmere by Frenshe, this perfume can be worn whenever.
- 68 – sol de janeiro

I am a huge fan of everything Sol De Janeiro makes, especially their number 68 body mist. This product is moderately affordable as their 204 ml bottle costs $38 before tax.
It has such a refreshing scent, something for an everyday occasion. According to the Sol De Janeiro official website, the body mist has top notes of pink dragon fruit and lychee essence.
The one thing I will say is if longevity is important to you, I would recommend purchasing the perfume rather than the body mist, as the scent lasts way longer.
- lait de coco – le monde gourmand

This perfume is a bit different than the rest.
Instead of having a typical mature or a sweet vanilla scent, this perfume offers a unique profile. This scent is described as having notes of bergamot, vanilla praline and creamy coconut.
This perfume is easily accessible as it can be purchased at Amazon, Urban Outfitters, Ulta and more. The 1 ounce version costs $25, which makes it moderately affordable.
Other notable facts would be that the brand is vegan, cruelty-free and they use clean products. The longevity of this perfume is rather apparent and has lasted me months.
- ChloĂ© – chloĂ©

Chloé is one of our more pricey perfumes on the list but the quality makes it worth it. A 1.6 ounce bottle of this costs $138.
However, if you’re looking for something more in budget, there is also the 0.33 ounce version for $39 before tax. According to the Sephora website, this product has notes of peony, rose, honey and cedarwood.
All the notes combined create a beautiful floral scent. Much like the other scents on this list, this perfume can be worn whenever or wherever.
This was probably the first perfume I discovered when getting into perfumes and I’ve never regretted my purchase.
No matter the brand, adding any kind of perfume can help you feel fresher and more put together with your look. With thoughtful consideration, everyone can find a scent that’s perfect for them!
