One of the best times of the year has finally arrived; Spotify Wrapped! If you’re anything like me and love music, this time of the year is the most fun and exciting time for music lovers. Not only do I get to see the stats for my music, but I also love to see everyone else’s and the music that they enjoy listening to. Here is my Spotify Wrapped and my thoughts as someone who enjoys more of a rock and grunge style of music!
My top artists
1.       Sublime: I was honestly surprised that this was my top artist. I do love Sublime, but I didn’t think that I listened to them enough for them to make it to #1
2.       Blink-182: One of my favorite artists, I knew they were going to make it to the top 5. Also seeing them in concert this year put them higher up since it was all I listened to before seeing them.
3.       Nirvana: A classic artist for me that I listen to every year. I never get tired of Nirvana and it’s such a go to artist for me to listen to.
4.       Pierce the Veil: PTV is my all time favorite artist and they always make the top 5 every year. I thought that they would be higher up on the list, but that’s okay!
5.       $uicideboy$: I never really got into $uicideboy$ until this year. I didn’t think it was really my vibe but once I gave them a listen I really liked their style and I saw what all of the hype was about with them

I honestly may have had an obsession with all of these songs at one point in the year and would listen to them on repeat until I got tired of them. I am not shocked that these songs were my top 5 because I would constantly listen to them and have them on repeat for weeks on end until I didn’t want to listen to them anymore.
