It shines a spotlight on bold disruptors who are shaping a brighter future for every eye, lip, and face — 22 inspiring people aged 22 and under who are redefining success, sparking change in their communities, and showing us what happens when passion meets purpose.
More than a list, the Her Campus e.l.f.ing Amazing 22 Under 22 was created to uplift and amplify these voices. To share their stories, help grow their impact, and inspire others to take e.l.f.ing giant leaps of their own. Because the future belongs to those who are brave enough to create it.

Who Can Apply?
We’re looking for applicants who:
- Will be 22 or younger in March 2026
- Are current undergraduates, graduate students, or recent college graduates in the U.S.
- Demonstrate leadership skills within their field, on their college campus, or within their community.
- Excel academically or professionally.
- Have ambitious goals for their future.
- Are doing big things in an area that’s important to them, such as entrepreneurship, creative arts, STEM, activism, and more.

Can I Nominate Someone Else?
