With crazy predictions on who’s dating who, who’s going to get canceled, and who’s… going to jail (?!), people are convinced that 2023 is going to be a year to watch out for.

Prediction No. 1: Kanye Goes To Jail
If you’ve been on the internet at all over the past couple of months, you know that Kanye West has made a host Anti-Semitic comments, and has been called out by fans and fellow celebrities alike various times. Despite his history of problematic statements, user @avocadotoast529 on TikTok predicted that West will be arrested for something “unrelated to everything going on right now.” What that might be? No idea.

Prediction No. 2: SHEIN Gets Shut Down
The same user also predicted that fast fashion giant SHEIN will get shut down. Back in October, a documentary revealed some pretty shady labor practices in one of SHEIN’s factories. Between allegedly overworking laborers and allegedly stealing designs from independent creators, SHEIN being held accountable for its actions doesn’t seem too far off of an idea. (Her Campus previously reached out to SHEIN for comment on the documentary’s claims, but didn’t hear back by the time of publication.)

Prediction No. 3: Kaia Gerber & Austin Butler Get Married
TikTok user @sparklejumpropeking has predicted that Kaia Gerber, who is currently dating Austin Butler (aka Elvis — and Vanessa Hudgens’ ex), will get married in 2023. Gerber and Butler have been linked to each other since December 2021, which would mean that they’d have been together for over a year by the time 2023 rolls around. In terms of celebrity relationships, that’s a good amount of time, so maybe a ring is in the future.

Prediction No. 4: Pete Davidson & Lindsay Lohan Start Dating
The same user as above also predicts Pete Davidson dating another iconic female celebrity. As far as his dating life goes, Pete Davidson has been making the rounds among female celebrities, with the most recent being model Emily Ratajowski back in November. There have been rumors of a romance between Pete Davidson and Jenna Ortega (despite their almost 10-year age difference), but there isn’t any overwhelming evidence for that. And considering Davidson’s dated older women (cough, Kim Kardashian, cough) it’s not completely unlikely that Lindsay Lohan could be his next boo.

Prediction No. 5: Taylor Swift Cancels Shows On The Eras Tour
After the fiasco that was buying tickets for Swift’s most recent tour, it seems TikTok user @oned1rectioninfect1on is convinced more chaos is yet to come. In the video the TikToker says, “I think that she may have to cancel one show or some shows due to some type of health issue… it’ll obviously be a big deal.”
