Disclaimer: These are just my opinions, and I am a big fan of Taylor’s older songs which is reflected in this list
10. Folklore
For both Folklore and Evermore, I was not the biggest fan. I liked the vibes, but there were very few songs that I could scream at the top of my lungs or dance to, which are aspects of some of my favorite songs.
9. EVERMORE
Similar to Folklore, there were no songs I could really lose myself in.
8. Lover
Lover had some amazing songs, and was the first album that Taylor fully owns, but there were many songs I couldn’t really vibe with.
7. Fearless
My absolute favorite song is on Fearless, and there are quite a few bangers, yet there were still a few I didn’t love.
6. Reputation
This one definitely goes a bit darker than any of her previously released albums, and I feel Taylor shows more of herself, and writes about what she wants, as opposed to what she thinks people want to hear. It’s full of raw, angry emotion, and goes into a new era for Taylor.
5. Debut
Personally, I like country-pop music which is probably why Debut is this high on my list. For being her first album, I really love the lyrics of the songs.
4. Midnights
I absolutely adored this album and have been listening to it non-stop since it came out. While I liked a majority of the songs, there were some skips for me which is the reason it is not further up on my list. The 3am tracks are by far my favorites on the album.
3. 1989
There were a multitude of fun songs to lose yourself in, in this album, which included some of my favorites.
2. Red
This, like all the albums I’ve listed, is Taylors Version, and I can not get over how much I love this album, and All Too Well 10 minute version, pushed it to the number 2 spot for me.
1. Speak Now
Speak Now is my favorite album by Taylor Swift because there are so many songs on this that make you want to dance, scream, and cry. There is so much variation on this album, and I adore every song on it.
