Taylor Swift’s “midnights” songs: Ranked

The opinions expressed in this article are the writer’s own and do not reflect the views of Her Campus.

I am absolutely OBSESSED with Taylor Swift’s new album, “Midnights.” This album is about 13 sleepless nights throughout Taylor’s career (hence, 13 tracks); and Taylor’s struggles with her mental health as a result of her fame. I personally think “Midnights” is her darkest and most artistic album to date, which is probably why I can’t get enough of it. As a result of my obsession, I have ranked the songs on “Midnights” in order from my most to least favorite. There has been a lot of debate among Taylor Swift fans over which songs on the album are the best, so please keep in mind this is my opinion and my opinion only. Here are my rankings:

  1. Midnight Rain
  2. Anti-Hero
  3. Maroon
  4. Labyrinth
  5. Lavender Haze
  6. Vigilante Shit
  7. Karma
  8. Question…?
  9. Bejeweled
  10. Mastermind
  11. You’re On Your Own, Kid
  12. Sweet Nothing
  13. Snow On The Beach (BARELY feat. Lana Del Rey)
