Outfit Essentials of the Week

As it’s getting colder out, it’s time to consider layers, coats, jackets, anything that’ll keep us warm. Here’s my Fall/Winter outfit essentials just to get you thinking.

  1. Hoodie/Jacket combo

A hoodie/jacket combo does WONDERS. It’s simple, cute, and gets the job done. A classic is a jean jacket with any color hoodie. One of my favs lately has been a hoodie with a fur lined vintage jacket.

  1. Turtlenecks

Turtlenecks can go a long way. Can be used as the base layer for a jacket or coat, can be used as the main attraction for an outfit and paired with a puffer vest. Turtlenecks are the most versatile clothing item and can be used for any aesthetic.

  1. Booties

I know that a lot of people aren’t the biggest fan of heels but even the smallest heeled bootie would elevate a look. It’s a classic and clean style that can add some height while also keeping your shoes simple.

  1. Hats

It can be a beanie, ballcap, dad hat, or beret, but a hat just adds that little something. It also can save you in the event of a bad hair day or when you’re not too inspired on what to do. In my opinion, this is the go to accessory.
