Seven Words That Changed My Life

“I’m the luckiest girl in the world!”

Whenever something good happens to me, no matter how big or small, I react by saying this. I click the button for the elevator and it’s already on the floor and opens immediately- “I’m the luckiest girl in the world”; I order a salad and it comes with the perfect amount of dressing- “I’m the luckiest girl in the world”; I find a hair tie in my bag when I want to put my hair up- “I’m the luckiest girl in the world”. Doing this has made my perspective on everything a little bit brighter. Saying this helps me recognize when good things happen. Things I often would take for granted I have a greater appreciation for, and can express gratitude for. Right now, I think this would be the most important advice I would ever want to give someone. Try this, and I think pretty soon, you’ll see that you too, are the luckiest girl in the world.
