What Midnights song you are based off of your Zodiac sign

Lavender Haze – Pisces

Those born under the star sign of Pisces are the romanticists of the zodiac. In “Lavender Haze,” Swift is unwilling to confront reality, like the Pisceans’ preference to stay in dreamworld. The vocals also add to the ethereal, otherworldly quality that Pisces are drawn towards.

Maroon – Taurus

A Taurus is emotionally grounded by the physical world, often by luxury items like the rubies Taylor gave up, but also by notable things, like a roommate’s cheap-ass rosé. These sensory details are crucial in drawing listeners into the nostalgic scenes of Swift’s “Maroon”.

Anti-Hero – Aries

Like an Aries, “Anti-Hero” is somewhat cynical, complex, and self-reflective in a very “I am what I am” way. As Swift details these traits of hers that may not be necessarily positive, we as listeners feel comforted by the selfish honesty of it, like a surprise warm Aries fire in the otherwise cold loneliness of having traditionally “bad” traits.

Snow on the Beach (feat. Lana Del Ray) – Cancer

The matter-of-fact raw emotion that this song exudes is so Cancer. Often called the most sensitive of the zodiacs, Cancers have the capacity to be extremely emotionally intelligent. The ability to add whimsy and sentiment to a strange emotion is uniquely Cancer.

You’re On Your Own, Kid – Sagittarius

Sagittarius are always dreaming of getting out of somewhere. Sag girlie herself Swift articulates the hyper-independence of a Sagittarius. The trait naturally comes to them, and may even be forced upon them. Plus, any song that observes a party environment is instantly owned by Sagittarius.

Midnight Rain – Aquarius

The quirky, freedom-loving Aquarius has probably broken a heart or two in a similar way Swift details in “Midnight Rain.” Aquarius craves a life of nonconformity, where someone who is too nice, too comfortable, may not be enough to stimulate their desire for excitement in life.

Vigilante Shit – Scorpio

Scorpios know everything, whether they want to or not. Scorpios have a gift of learning and gathering information and secrets from those around them effortlessly. They also have an incredible knack for revenge which Swift basically dedicates the entirety of “Vigilante Shit” to.

Bejeweled – Libra

“Bejweled” is flirty, fun and fabulous, just like a Libra. When a Libra walks in the room, there’s no doubt their energy makes an entire place shimmer. A lover of all things beautiful and proud, a Libra is able to relate to craving that feeling of dazzling everyone.

Labyrinth – Gemini

A common trait for a Gemini is their fear of commitment that can be displayed in the way they develop specific criteria for a partner. “Labyrinth” explores falling in love with someone who not only meets but elevates your expectations of a partner, and the vulnerability that follows that.

Karma – Leo

Leos have a very “you are not me, and that’s sad for you” mentality. “Karma” is a celebration of all things in Swift’s life that define her joy, and how this joy defines the downfall of those who betrayed her. Also, you can’t have a song that celebrates hair in the wind and not immediately think of Leo’s natural lion’s mane.

Sweet Nothing – Virgo

The world demands a lot from a Virgo. Often, they feel as though they have to work hard and live up to expectations of others. The beauty of “Sweet Nothing” is it expresses finding a partner that demands little from you other than commitment and love, and gives you the same in return. It’s a freedom from needing to be perfect for other people, and instead just being.

Mastermind – Capricorn

Another perfectionist zodiac, Capricorns are extremely goal-oriented people.

Once a Capricorn has a plan, it’s hard to derail them from doing it exactly how they intend to. “Mastermind” is a fun, techno expression of a Capricorn’s ambition applied to a love story
