Trying to look cute in the cold weather can be a very difficult and stressful situation, with wanting to look cute, and be warm at the same time. Let’s be honest, sometimes when it’s cold outside all we really want to wear are our Lululemon leggings, a t-shirt, and Ugg boots. We look through magazines, blogs, and pinterest wondering, “How do these girls just look so fabulous during the cold weather?” Well, wonder no more! Here are 3 ways to keep you looking cute and staying warm in the winter months:
1. Accessorize
Adding accessories to your outfit will make your outfit more complete, and way cuter. By wearing a cute beanie with your outfit, or a hat, big chunky scarf, handbag etc., it will add that “va va voom” to your outfit!
2. Wearing a cute coat
Go out, and buy yourself a long trench coat or peacoat (these coats are timeless). If you want to look like a girl walking down the streets of New York City, try wearing a fur coat. From my experience, once you wear fur, you never go back! Not only do they keep you so beyond warm, you’ll have that “it” girl look. For colors try to stick with neutrals, they always look best!
3. Over-the-Knee Boots
This is a huge trend right now, so why not rock it while you can! And bonus: you can wear your Lululemon leggings and t-shirt with over-the-knee boots and still look cute! The boots will keep your legs warm from the winds and instantly dress up your outfit.
