Get in Shape With 30 minutes A Day

We’re all trying to get in shape but most of us are lacking time, or at least we feel like we don’t have time for an hour or two hour long daily workouts. For me, it’s not so much that I’m lazy and don’t want to got to the gym, it’s more of a time issue. I usually think about my time in terms of studying. For instance, if I think about going to the gym for an hour, I’m also thinking about how I could be studying for a class for that hour. This makes it feel like going to gym is almost like a waste of a time. But even though we’re busy college students and aiming for A’s, we must also remember that part of having a fulfilling college experience is to be healthy and this includes maintaining a healthy body.
