Papaya and pork belly never tasted so good together. Superba Snack Bar is a cozy high-end restaurant tucked into the suburbs of Venice Beach. The fresh thai vinaigrette wakes you up with a refreshing zing, which together with the moist pork seared pork bellly and the crunchy lotus roots, combines into a spectrum of convicted flavor. This was honestly the best and most interesting salad I have ever tasted.
