There is nothing like going out with all your girlfriends on Halloween, each wearing their own costume. Whether you are going to dress up as an indian or Nicki Minaj, the biggest part of having a good Halloween is making it to the best parties. Fraternities pair up or go solo to try and attract the biggest crowd on this oh so coveted holiday, making it hard to figure out which party to go each night. Luckily here is list of SMU’s top Halloween parties for this year:
1. SAE Halloween ft. RJD2 and Nadis Warriors
Date: Thursday, Nov. 1, 2012
Time: 9:30 p.m. – 2:30 a.m.
Location: Trees
Every year SAE doesn’t fail to deliver a great Halloween party with a performer at the great location of Trees. This year RJD2 will perform along with Nadis Warriors making this party and must go for the perfect Halloween weekend.
2. Fiji and Phi Delt Halloween Hangover
Date: Thursday, Nov. 1, 2012
Time: 9:00 p.m. – 2:30 a.m.
Location: Prophet Bar
With Phi Delt back on the social calendar these strong houses have joined together to host The Cataracs and The Chain Smokers. On top of these great performers, there will be a special prize to the girl and the guy who have the best costumes, making thursday the night to wear your best costume of the bunch! Clearly both of these parties are on the same night, making Thursday the night for cab rides back and forth in order to make both parties for the perfect Halloween weekend.
3. Kappa Sig: Heaven and Hell
Date: Friday, Nov. 2, 2012
Time: 9:30 p.m. – 2:30 a.m.
Location: Plush Night Club
Named one of the top parties in the nation by Maxim magazine and party of the year 2010 and 2011 by the Daily Campus, the Heaven and Hell Halloween party is a must attend! You can not miss the 37th anniversary of this epic party.
