15 Minute Healthy Recipes for Every Meal

Struggling to commit to your New Year’s resolution? Want to eat healthier? Try some of these easy recipes for breakfast, lunch, and dinner in under 15 minutes!

 

Breakfast:

Mixed Berry and Yogurt Parfait

Takes 5 minutes

 

Mix together 1/3 cup lowfat plain yogurt, 1/3 cup fresh or frozen mixed berries, 1 tablespoon maple syrup, and 1 tablespoon granola

 

Lunch:

Hummus and Grilled Vegetable Wrap

Takes 2-3 minutes

 

Grill 2 medium zucchini (cut lengthwise into ¼-inch slices). Spread hummus over whole-wheat wrap. Add 1 tablespoon of pine nuts, desired amount of red bell pepper, spinach, and onions, and 1 tablespoon of mint. Roll your wrap up and enjoy!

 

Dinner:

Chipotle Orange Glazed Pork Chops

Takes 15 minutes

 

Combine 2 tablespoons of maple syrup, 2 tablespoons of orange juice concentrate, and 1 teaspoon of finely chopped seeded chipotle with ½ teaspoon adobo in a small bowl. Prepare pork chops by sprinkling them with salt. Brush one side of the chops with glaze and grill on glazed side. Then brush glaze on opposite side. Cook 3-4 minutes on each side.
