Stay stress free this semester by treating yourself regularly. After a long weekend of drinking treat your body the hydration it needs. Drinking lots of water during the day on Sunday is always a good idea, but try adding a little bit of coconut water to your regular water to give your skin an extra boost of hydration and to cure that nasty weekend-long hangover. Another way to give your skin a little boost from the weekend is a hydrating face mask. My favorite kind of mask to put on after a long weekend is any kind of coconut mask. You can find a few at Walmart, or make your own from coconut oil!

Having a freshly manicured set of nails will get you ready for the week ahead. If you take the time to file down your nails and make sure they are perfectly shaped before you paint them your nail polish will last so much longer throughout the week. Pick a fun color you’ll love looking at every time you go to type a paper or take notes.

Indulging in a corny show or movie with a glass of wine could be the perfect way to distress after a long week. Pick a show or movie you normally wouldn’t watch, but you’ve heard people talking about. See what the hypes all about. Kick back in your coziest sweats and a glass of wine and enjoy a night to yourself.
