Going To The Gym In College: As Told By New Girl

Between classes, clubs, and social events, it’s hard to find the time or motivation to go to the gym.  The members of the loft understand the struggle. Here are the stages of going to the gym in college as told by New Girl.

 

When you’ve gone up for your third round of dining hall food and you can’t remember the last time you went to the gym:

So you try to make up excuses that you actually are being healthy:

But you realize that you’ve run out of excuses and it’s time to go to the gym:

You start giving yourself a pep talk to motivate you:

You finally get to the gym and instantly regret your decision:

Then you feel like everyone is watching every move you make:

But you realize it’s all in your head and you begin your workout (well, at least you try):

At first it feels like you won’t make it through the pain:

Then all of a sudden your adrenaline is pumping and you feel invincible:

You finish your workout and it’s time to celebrate:

Finally, you get to reward yourself for a job well done:
