Meet Campus Cutie Krishaun Smith

This article is written by a student writer from the Her Campus at FSU chapter.

Name: Krishaun Smith

Age: 20

Major: Finance

Relationship Status: Very single

Hometown: Queens, NY

Favorite Book:  The Outsiders

HerCampus (HC): What organizations are you involved in on campus?

Krishaun Smith (KS): I am a brother of Alpha Kappa Psi, which is a business fraternity. I am also involved in the Student Government Association and the National Society of Collegiate Scholars.

HC: So, being involved in a business fraternity and majoring in finance, where do you see yourself in five years?

KS:  Well I’ll be twenty-five then, but it depends. There’s a program where after you graduate with your BA you can work two years in your field to get experience, because it helps to have real-world experience before you get your Masters. So hopefully I’ll either be in the middle of that, or working towards my MBS or MBA.

HC: What do you like to do in your spare time?

KS: Like any other college kid, I love to sleep. I also go to the gym. I really like to work out and chill, watch TV, and just have a good time.

HC: Describe yourself for us in 3 words.

KC: Intelligent, humorous and fly.

HC: What do you look for in a young woman?

KC: Well, to start she has to be shorter than me (laughs). No, but really, that’s important, because I am 5’ 7” and a half, so she has to be 5’5’’ or smaller. If she’s in heels and she’s 5’6’’, she’ll be taller than me! She also has to be smart and actually know what she wants to do with her future. I like ambitious women. She also has to be a nice person, like I don’t like it when girls have to put others down in order to bring themselves up. I like when women empower eachother. Also, I really would like someone who loves to work out so we can go to the gym together.

HC: Can you share a fun fact about yourself?

KC: I’m really good with numbers, like analyzing math problems really quickly in my head. Oh, and I race cars!

HC: If you were stranded on a deserted island in the middle of the ocean and could only have three things, what would you have?

KC: An up-and-running Chick-fil-A, obviously. A television, probably powered by solar panels or something, and of course, a friend to keep me company. I don’t want to be bored talking to myself the whole time!

HC: Okay last question: since it is the holiday season, what would you say is your favorite holiday?

KC:  Definitely New Year’s Eve. All the family comes together, and everybody is happy and trying to end the year on a good note. You know, trying to do away with all the bad stuff that happened throughout the past year. I really enjoy spending time with all my friends and family and counting down until the next year.
