Meet our Campus Cuties of the Year!
Jane Riddle
Name: Jane Riddle
Year: Junior
Hometown: Boiling Springs, Pennsylvania
Major: Political Science/ Asian and Middle Eastern Studies
Single/Taken: Single
DUKE LIFE
Activities/Clubs: Army ROTC, Resident Assistant, Research Assistant for the Political Science Department, and my proudest accomplishment-obviously-my reigning position as the inaugural Campus Cutie of the Year for Her Campus Duke.
Favorite study spot: It changes…just somewhere I don’t know anyone. Perkins is my hell.
Duke bucket list: Get tailgate back, climb the chapel and pretend to be a Cameron Crazie for a day.
Where can you be found on a Saturday night: Shooters…where else?
Your favorite off-campus restaurant: I love Guglhupf brunch and trivia night at Bull McCabes.
Most Embarrassing Moment at Duke: I think college sort of makes you lose the capacity to feel embarrassed about anything. Although I did fall down a flight of stairs this morning, so that sucked.
THE NITTY GRITTY
First kiss stories: 7th grade on a dare with one of my best girlfriends. It was magical.
If you could live in any movie, which one would it be and why: Probably something like Dr. Parnassus or Moulin Rouge just so things could be super weird all the time.
Best finals procrastination video: Anything by Neil Degrasse Tyson, nature timelapses on Vimeo, Herman Cain ads.
What's the first thing you're going to do when you get home: Give my little brother the biggest hug ever and share my first legal beer with my Dad.
What's your favorite physical feature: I love people with good posture.
