Looking for some cool and colorful artwork to decorate your dorm room? This crayon canvas art is simple and looks great!

What you’ll need:

  • 64 Crayons (color scheme of your choice)
  • Canvas (size of your choice)
  • Hair dryer
  • Hot glue gun
  • Newspaper or garbage bag

Steps:

1. Arrange your crayons by color and remove the colors that you do not want to use.

2. Heat the hot glue gun and glue crayons (tip facing down) across the top of the canvas.

3. Place newspaper or a garbage bag under the canvas to catch melted crayon that drips off the canvas.

4. Set the blow dryer to maximum heat and hold over the upper left hand side of the crayons.

5. Heat the crayons until they melt and drip down the canvas.

6. Move down the line of crayons until all the crayons have melted, creating a beautiful design!

7. Optional: Add a design to the bottom of the canvas using acryllic paints below the melted crayons!
