Fall is a season for classic, neutral colors—warm shades of caramel or hues of gray—whether it’s scarves, sweaters or boots. The fun part about neutrals is adding pops of color, and a great way do this and spice up your outfit is with trendy lipstick colors that give you a perfect autumn look!
One of my personal favorite shades this fall is plum. Darker colors like this give your outfit a dramatic pop. Since plum is a very bold shade, it looks great with lighter colored clothing to really make it stand out—think tans, creams, pastels, and so forth.

Berry is another awesome color for fall because it’s very versatile and it stands out. There are tons of different variations of the shade, so you can try a bunch and find your favorite! You can pair this shade with a ton of different colors, too—it always looks great with blues, light greens, yellows, and, of course, any neutrals! If you’re feeling neutral all around, nude is a great go-to shade on any given day. This color looks great with tans especially—think Kim Kardashian in her signature Kanye-made-famous trench coat. Be sure to go with the right shade, though—nothing lighter than your skin tone. You may have to do a little research (Youtube beauty bloggers, online reviews, etc.) and experimenting to find your perfect shade, but it will be so worth it when you do! Nude lipstick is a staple in any woman’s beauty collection.

Lastly, you can never go wrong with a classic red. It’s the perfect go-to color, whether you’re going out for the night or just spending a regular day on campus.
