Every student can agree that the very worst part of December is having to miss out on Candlelight and the Holiday Ball because you’re busy breaking your back for upcoming finals. But that doesn’t mean you have to miss out on the sounds of the season! So grab some hot cocoa, snuggle up under a blanket and turn up the radio. Here is a list of my wintry music picks:

Country:
“Christmas Cookies” by George Strait

Dance:
“Last Christmas” by Cascada

Jazz:
“Baby, It’s Cold Outside” by Darren Criss and Chris Colfer

Soul:
“Someday at Christmas” by the Jackson Five

Rock:
“Step Into Christmas” by Elton John

Latin:
“Love on Layaway” by Gloria Estefan

R&B:
“Do You Hear What I Hear?” by Whitney Houston

Pop:
“Christmas Wrapping” by The Waitresses

Classical:
“Carol of the Bells” by the Trans-Siberian Orchestra

Hope you enjoyed the playlist! If we missed one of your favorite December tunes, be sure to post it in the Comments. After all, it is the season of giving. Have a happy holiday and a bright new year!
