With finals rolling around the corner, no doubt you’re probably incredibly nervous and ready to scream. To help minimize the effects that finals will have on your body, here are some stress relief websites to help ease your worries when you need a study break:

1. Headspace

The idea behind Headspace is to provide you with a way to practice mindful meditation so you can increase your ability to focus, creative abilities and help reduce feelings of stress. You can go to their website here or download their mobile app.

2. The Thoughts Room

Presented by the Quiet Room Project, The Thoughts Room allows you to vent about whatever troubles you without the fear of judgment from others. Just type something into the comments box and watch it fall amongst the stars on the screen.

3. Nature Sounds for Me

Create your own mix of sounds using the sound mixer on this website. There are a variety of sounds, ranging from natural sounds to even household or even holiday sounds. Mix away!

4. Stress Analyst

This site helps calm you down from stressful experiences, making it the perfect choice for finals week. The first step of the site is determining your level of stress. Once you have let the site know what that level is, the site will take you through a series of steps in determining where the stress is sourced from and ways the help bring your stress levels down.

5. The Nicest Place on the Internet

Sometimes, a kind gesture or sign of affection is all you need. If you don’t want to vent or analyze your stress and really just need a hug, this site is full of hugs!  This site will help pick you up from a long day with hugs from strangers. You can even give people a hug, if you wish. It truly is one of the nicest places on the Internet.
