4 Festive Cocktails to try this Holiday Season

Whether you need to take the edge off and relax from finals, or you need to make it through the holiday season with your family, these cocktails will do the trick! A few simple ingredients for each make these drinks super fun and easy, all while keeping you in the Christmas spirit!

Jack Frost Cocktail

Ingredients:

-Vodka (you can also use light rum)

 -pineapple juice

 -cream of coconut

-blue curacao

-coconut

-corn syrup for rimming the glass 

You’ll also need ice and a blender.

Santa’s Little Helpers

Each glass will need:

-A generous splash of red liqueur (we like to keep it British and went for Chase Blackcurrant)

-A scoop of red sorbet

-Lots of bubbles, Champagne or Prosecco depending on how fancy you’re feeling.

Cranberry Pineapple Punch

You’ll need:

-4 cups cranberry juice

-4 cups pineapple juice

-1 cup silver rum

-1 cup coconut rum

-2 liter ginger ale

-1-2 limes

-Garnish

-2 limes, sliced (plus more for glasses)

-1 cup fresh cranberries, frozen

Strawberry Lemonade Mimosas

Ingredients:

-24 medium strawberries (about 2 cups squished down into a measuring cup) cored and sliced

-3 lemons, juiced

-1 cup sugar

FOR THE COCKTAIL:

-1 – 2 tbsps strawberry lemonade compote for each mimosa

-bottle(s) of sparkling wine
