Breaking the family trend of making headlines for all the wrong reasons (her older sister got kicked out of her new community service gig at the morgue today), Ali Lohan is getting major media attention – in a good way.
After signing with NEXT Model Management in August, the 17-year-old appeared in runway shows during New York Fashion week and most recently, on the pages of Fault Magazine. Unlike her older sister, who is usually photographed looking dazed at parties or frazzled in courthouses, Ali looks cool and composed in her edgy black and white shoot. In the photos, she sports a cheekbone-sweeping bob wig , dark, heavy brows and a variety of sleek, high fashion separates.
It might because of Lindsay’s checkered past that Ali is working so hard to keep her record clean. She and her rep, as well as the Director of Next management, have fervently denied the rumors that Ali has undergone plastic surgery or taken severe measures to lose weight.
The Daily Mail reports that Alex Borges, the Director of NEXT has stated that “As a young girl who is growing up, it’s natural for her facial features to change slightly, and we see this with many of the younger models we represent. Aliana is a beautiful 17-year-old girl who is growing into her face and body, as is the norm for someone of her age.”
Her rep told Us Weekly that “Aliana has never had any type of plastic surgery in her life, nor has she ever considered it. Her success as a model lies with her natural looks and she has no interest in changing that.”
