Sex Toy Company Faces Backlash for Fat-Shaming Ad

Sex toy company Whizworx is facing a lot of backlash (and for good reason) for an offensive ad they used to promote their Fifi masturbation sleeve.

The ad features a picture of a woman in underwear and fishnets with the caption, “Make the right decision,” pictured in the Tweet below. The company took down the ad after facing criticism for body-shaming, The Daily Dot reports.

The hashtag #DONTgetfifi circulated after Sunny Megatron, a sex educator, tweeted about how disappointed she was with the ad.

This isn’t the first time @Getfifi has released an offensive advertisement. In July, they tweeted an “ugly girl” and “hot guy” picture with the caption, “Sometimes it’s better to just jerk off…”

These ads are not okay. We’ll be joining #DONTgetfifi, thank you very much.
