We’ve all been through it and it’s probably the worst feeling to deal with in the entire world.
We all know the importance of exercising to relieve stress. With finals, it is important to carve out a time every single day of the week to get a run in or even just 20 minutes of gym time.
    My name is Maddie Bradsher and for the past two weeks I have been in a workout rut.
I’m pretty sure most of America knows Kim Kardashian for her bangin’ booty, but what I most admire about her is that she embraces her curves.
One of the best ways to get in shape is to workout with someone who will push you the extra mile when you get tired. Boyfriends are usually great in the encouragement department and working out together is a fun, healthy way to spend time together.
