Greencastle Restaurants: Back and Booming 3/14/2013	Did you know Charlie’s Chill and Grill opened this week? Dairy Castle is open again, Blue Door Café re-opened, AND Downtown Café re-opened!!! Just when we all thought there was nowhere to eat in this bubble we live in, 4 places opened. Take advantage of these delicious restaurants on campus…I know I will.
Welcome Home! 2/13/2013	Have you noticed a recent hype or energy around campus? How could you not notice? That is the real question. As we all know, this past week was recruitment. For many on campus, this is an emotional and physical stressor on our bodies. After an entire semester of preparation, less then ten hours of sleep in an entire weekend, missed meals, and lots of talking, every house is ecstatic to invite a new pledge class into their home. So, welcome home to those of you who have recently pledged a sorority, you have a lot to look forward to!
“YOU DID WHAT?!” 9/9/2012	Although we all love DePauw, by the time finals week rolls around all we want is summer vacation, yummy food, a comfy bed, and a hot, shoeless shower. After those few months off, though, it is so nice to be back on campus catching up with everyone. These lucky girls told me about their crazy summer adventures, awesome internships, and the ways they gave back and had a great time this summer. Be jealous. Ella Smoot was a counselor at Camp Thunderbird in Bemidji, Minnesota. She was a water ski instructor and a camp counselor for third and fourth graders for ten weeks. “This is the during the first two weeks before the kids arrived. I had the opportunity to meet a bunch of people from around the world and I look forward to visiting them when I study abroad!” Kristen Hupenbecker went to the Olympics with her two sisters and parents. They were there for ten days including the opening ceremonies. “We went to events such as gymnastics, swimming and beach volleyball. This picture is when we got to see Gabby win!”

Almost every girl I know came to school with at least one thing monogrammed, but don’t you feel like it’s a growing trend? Check out how you can show off your name...
