Lose the Freshman 15: Hot Bod Forecast

This is a sponsored feature. All opinions are 100% from Her Campus.

Hi collegiettes™!

Let’s face it, we all have had those mornings where we wake up, try on an outfit and throw a silent hissy hit because something doesn’t look or fit perfectly. bikini

I vote that we stop with the negativity and do something about it!

According to the Journal of Consumer Research, associating a healthier diet and fitness regime with long-term goals helps us ladies steer clear of those daily temptations, in my case, grocery store nightmare encounters with the Girl Scouts and those oh-so-yummy Samoas!

But seriously, taking a look at the big picture on the Jump Start Diet will certainly help me stay on track with SELF‘s diet, and stay motivated

What are my personal Lose the Freshman 15 predictions and goals?

My short-term goal is to get new wardrobe with smaller clothes and having a bikini-ready body for summer, I have to consider my big picture: what are my long-term goals? The long-term goal is certainly to maintain my healthy diet and exercise once the Lose the Freshman 15 program is over and done with.

Forecast: Hot body, healthy lifestyle.

Sounds great to me!
