This Week’s Best Celebrity Outfits & How To Recreate Them for Cheap AF

Celebrity-induced outfit envy is definitely a thing. And trust me, I feel it a lot. So, each week I’ll be rounding up the best celebrity fashion (from the street, to the red carpet, to the front row), and sharing fashionable, affordable ways to recreate the looks for yourself.

With the CFDA Fashion Awards on June 4, this week was set up to have some seriously great fashion from the get-go. From glittery jumpsuits to flowy gowns, every outfit was one to envy. But the streets carried even more inspiration. Summer’s hottest trends were everywhere, including airy culottes, white boots and cute sundresses.

Stealing celebrity red carpet style might be difficult, but it’s definitely not impossible. So sit back, relax and enjoy your guide to this week’s best celebrity style (and their affordable counterparts).

1. Lucy Hale (Vacationing in Paris)

On a sunny day in Paris, Lucy made use of her summer whites with some flared white jeans and on-trend white ankle booties. And don’t forget an interesting take on the traditional crop top—visible wire cups. But if you’re not ready to try the full underwire look yourself, try a more subtle cotton top, or layer a bustier over a tee shirt to get the same effect.

2. Halima Aden (Vacationing in Kenya)

One of the most successful models in the industry today, Halima always looks stunning—even when she’s on vacation. This week was no different. While in Kenya, she rocked some breezy culottes that are perfect for the summer heat, and offset their billowyness with a tight black top and classic stilettos.

Bye bye NY & hello KENYA ??

3. Busy Phillips (in Christian Siriano, CFDA Awards)

Not everyone can pull off an iridescent sea-blue suit, but Busy sure did. If you’re not feeling trying out this full-on look for yourself, you can definitely pare it back while still sticking with the overall vibes. Maybe try a more casual jumpsuit in the same eye-catching color or the same style suit in a more subtle print.

Get the Look:

Turquoise Woven Jumpsuit (H&M, $17.99), Plus Size Striped Blazer (Forever 21, $34.90), Double-Breasted Stripe Blazer (Forever 21, $18), Stripe Wide-Leg Pants (Forever 21, $17.90)

4. Kaia Gerber (in Alexander Wang, CFDA Awards)

Sporty and chic, Kaia looked effortlessly cool at the CFDA Awards wearing Alexander Wang. From the deconstructed button-down to the pajama-style shorts and heels, she looked like a million bucks—but you can make the look for a lot less. Take your favorite button-down, unbutton it the wrong way (from the bottom up), throw on your favorite pair of comfy, flowy shorts and you’re good to go.

5. Winnie Harlow (in JW Anderson, Veuve Clicquot Polo Event)

Exposed underwire and corseting is definitely becoming a trend this season, and model Winnie Harlow rocked the trend, too. Pairing a white tank with a white wrap skirt, she looked beautiful in summer white. You can recreate her look with an all-white outfit and some statement strappy heels (majestic horse, unfortunately, not included).
