Clinique Fresh Faces Tour Beautifies Boston!!!

The other day I told you all about the amazing Clinique Fresh Faces Tour and yesterday I got to experience it firsthand! As soon as I stepped into the event space at Boston University, I knew it was going to be a fun time!

First off, the scene was fabulous: just the right music, adorable makeup areas, posh couches to lounge on, and a fun photo shoot area. And if the crowd was any indication, the event was certainly a hit with the ladies of Boston. Clinique’s Christine Sforzo told me that over 200 girls stopped by the first day to get makeovers and check out the panel speakers!

HC’s very own Hannah stopped by the event and says she had a blast: “My favorite part of the event was hearing the panelists speak. They offered great tips on how to break into the industry, plus a few funny stories, too.”

I started off my time there by chatting with some Clinique employees and then headed over to get my makeup done! You could choose from a variety of looks (ranging from the natural to the dramatic) that were tailored to your skin type, and I opted for the Natural By Day look. My makeup artist Renee McNaughton did a fabulous job giving me a nice glow and I LOVED the finished product!

Next up: hair! I chose to go simple with my hair and just wanted to add a little polish to my natural curls. In and out of the hair station, I headed over to the photo shoot area! After all, once you’re all beautified, you have to take some glamour shots! Every girl who took a photo got it sent to her so she could have a record of her fabulous experience. Here’s mine!

After getting pampered, I chatted with the lovely Eva Chen!! I was super excited to meet her after our interview and she didn’t disappoint. Eva is such a sweetheart!! Here we are!

This was such a fabulous event and you should definitely all check it out! It’s such a wonderful way to get pampered and get great advice on breaking into the beauty business!

After their two days in Boston this week, the Fresh Faces Tour will be taking George Washington University by storm September 22-23. You can see the rest of the schedule on the Fresh Faces website and see if they’re coming to your school!
