Have you decided to cut coffee out of your daily routine, but struggle to make it through without needing a nap? Or do you hate your campus’ Starbucks, but need a pick-me-up at 3pm? Here’s a list of other drinks, foods, and ways to get an energy boost or a caffeine fix without drinking coffee.

Rachel is a senior at Youngstown State University, majoring in Marketing with a minor in Advertising & PR.
