1. Who is your Hollywood crush and why? “Anna Kendrick. Aside from being gorgeous, I feel like she is a relatable celebrity that isn’t afraid to say the things people usually keep to themselves. That makes for some interesting conversations and adventures.”

2. Could you describe your ideal date for us? “Something spontaneous! Let’s go have an experience that is completely new to both of us and have a fun time figuring it out.”

3. Give us an insight into your personality. “I’m a pretty laid back guy who is outgoing and generally happy. I’m confident, loyal, hardworking, and love getting to know new people… If you could imagine a dog that was turned into a human, you’d have me.”

4. Can you tell us something your friends don’t know about you? “When I’m alone, I’ll occasionally sing to my food in gratitude for it being so delicious.”

5. Who is your role model in life and why? “Winston Churchill. Hands down. He was a whiskey drinking, cigar toting badass who led a nation to victory in their direst of times. He was the greatest orator to ever live and most importantly, was a true romantic. If you haven’t read the love letters he wrote to his wife Clementine, go do it now!”

6. How do you spend a typical day at YorkU? “If I’m not running from work to class, you can probably find me at Shopsy’s with a pint of Guinness in hand.”

7. What would you like to be doing in 5 years? What are your long term future goals? “I hope by then I would have beaten my Netflix addiction. But really, I love my job. In five years I’d like to be right where I am, but more successful and making a bigger impact on the company. Hopefully with a lighter mortgage.”

8. What qualities do you think make you My Campus Cutie? “I have no idea. I’m a quirky guy with a dimple. That is cute, right?”

9. Any advice for freshmen to survive university life? “Join a lot of clubs, meet a lot of people and don’t underestimate the value of having more people in your network. It will make the good times great and the tough times easier. As frightening as it can be for a lot people, ask for help when you need it. Your Profs and TA’s are not your enemies; they are here to help you succeed.”
