What’s your favorite class at Xavier and why?
My all-time favorite class would have to be my biochemistry class partly because my favorite professor, Dr. Mills from the chemistry department, teaches the class! Also, all of my friends that are biology and chemistry majors take the class as well so we can joke around and have a lot of fun learning biochem!
What’s something on your bucket list?
I REALLY really want to go backpacking through Europe after I graduate from Xavier! I want to start in the United Kingdom and end in Spain, visiting every city in between trying foods I can’t pronounce or never heard of. I love learning about different cultures around the world, and it would be an eye opening experience for me. The world is such a big place and I want to see most of it!
Where are you could you most likely be found on campus?
If anyone really knows me they’ll probably figure I’m in the CLC, the library, or in Logan Hall. As a pre-med student, I usually spend most of my time studying for my classes in the CLC or the library. I love spending time in Logan though, because I’m so familiar with the professors and other chemistry majors there.
What’s your dream job?
My dream job is to become a physician and work with an international organization like UNICEF or Catholic Relief Services and practice medicine in third world countries.
Where is your favorite place to go in Cincinnati?
The whole downtown area of Cincinnati is my favorite place to go! I’ve been to is the US Bank Arena to see a Bastille concert and to the Taft Theatre for a small music festival. Downtown Cincinnati is such a cool place to go because you can always find a live music concert and get good food at any of the different restaurants it has to offer (especially Skyline!!).

I love this quote because it constantly reminds me that I can be whatever I aspire to be. The world is full of so many opportunities and I want to take them to become the best person I can be in this life!
