Why did you choose to transfer to Western for Spring Quarter?
Because it was far enough away from my house so that I could feel independent, but also not feel completely disconnected from my family. I also really like the forest, haha.
How were your first week of classes?
They were pretty easy actually. Community college (where I went before) seems pretty easy but a lot of the classes are actually pretty difficult, so this is a nice change of pace.
How are you liking the campus right now?
It’s really awesome. I like how many different community spaces there are, with all of the sculptures. You get to see a lot of people on the campus and see them collect. I guess i really enjoy people watching.
Anything interesting happen yet?
No, it’s been pretty average so far.

What are you looking to study here at Western?
I’m trying to get in to the behavioral neuroscience program here, that was one of the big deciding factors for me coming here.
